The Challenge

The April hailstorm shredded this 14-year-old roof: bruised shingles on all four slopes, torn ridge caps, dented gutters and vents, and an active leak over the garage. The family called us at 7pm with water staining the ceiling — we had an emergency tarp on before midnight and a full photo report to their insurer by morning.
Our Approach
Document Everything, Meet the Adjuster, Restore It Right
We mapped hail hits slope by slope with chalk, date-stamped photos, and test squares — then walked the adjuster through every finding on-site so nothing was missed. Once approved, we completed a full Class 3 impact-resistant shingle replacement, new flashing, and seamless gutters, finishing in five working days with daily cleanup the neighbors noticed.
